This house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. Pets are not allowed. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Amazing place with absolutely spectacular views. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The ocean views from the kitchen, bedroom, and balcony were breathtaking, and the nearby beach access made the experience even better. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and full of friendly people out walking and surfing. The location was also great—close to several attractions while still feeling peaceful. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and using the outdoor grill. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!
The home is very clean. The property manager was responsive. Great views of Sunset Cliffs and good hiking trails close by. It's a great place to go with your family if you are looking for peace and quiet with nice views, which is exactly what we wanted.
The house itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience had several issues. The biggest problem was the furnace. It was extremely loud, making it very difficult to sleep at night. The house was also quite dusty. I asked Cardo when the furnace filter had last been changed because I was concerned about the air quality, but he never answered that question. The cleanliness was disappointing. I believe they should consider changing their cleaning crew. There was dirt on the chairs, and the shower drain was not working properly, so the water did not drain as it should. I also asked if they had an air freshener. Cardo was kind enough to order one and have it delivered, which I appreciated. Overall, the house has potential, but the noise, cleanliness, and maintenance issues made our stay less enjoyable. If you are traveling with your family, I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.
