No Pets Allowed

- **Anonymous**: "I made reservations the night before.  I told them I need enough beds for 6 people.  I was going to move the trundle bed mattress to the sofa area for the boys to sleep.  I told them to make sure their is blankets etc for all beds.   they told me check is at 6pm.  no problem, the family went to old town first instead and we arrived at 915pm.  the place is beautiful, instructions perfect.  parking great, location perfect.  we put the beds in place only to discover no blanket for the trundle.  i called and texted, with no response.  my kid was cold the whole night.  the kitchen was stocked and perfect. the next day, they responded and assured me a blanket will be provided.  ok.  I got back that day at 8pm. with no blanket.  knowing the office closes at 9pm, I frantically called and text.  a response came and after 30 minutes they called Wal-Mart to deliver a blanket.  at 10pmish, my son got his blanket.  however if I got there after 9pm, my son would have been cold another night."
