This is a great location for being away from the busyness but within walking distance to many things & the beach. It is a safe, clean, and slow area. You have to park on the street which was safe (I have a soft top jeep with luggage in it & was fine). Because of the holiday I'm sure parking was more difficult but I was able to park 1/2 block away and could see my jeep from the driveway. This unit is in the backyard of one unit and next to another, the patio is shared. It is a small studio with a small kitchen but decent sized bathroom & shower. It has a small hotel room feel and worked for what and when I needed. The place could use some updating but overall it's safe & in a very nice area. Host was responsive.
