Guests will have access to the entire home including the community amenities. Please note, the garage is not for guest use. 
There is no street parking available, as parking violations/tickets are strictly enforced. There is parking available in the clubhouse parking lot.

We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

HOUSE RULES: * No smoking inside unit ($600 minimum additional odor removal fee) * Backyard hours are 8 AM - 10 PM (to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance) * Clean lint trap before using dryer * Clean makeup off face before using towels * Nothing besides toilet paper flushed down toilet * If you cook, you must reasonably clean kitchen before you leave ($35 service fee) * 3 Additional Daytime Guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10pm. ($100 penalty/additional person per night if there are more than 3 or they stay past 10PM) * Please note, 1 small dog is allowed. There is a $125 fee per pet.

Responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to provide immediate support were truly exceptional.

The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and situated in a lovely community with excellent amenities, including a pool and tennis courts. The large yard provided a great space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The location is fantastic, with Del Mar Beach and several award-winning restaurants just a short drive away.
We would absolutely stay here again on future visits to the area. Thank you to Ali and the entire Cardo team for your excellent hospitality and support.

Great park with playground just 4 min drive away (Del Mar Trails Park). Eight min drive on Carmel Country Rd and Del Mar Heights Rd, to a commercial area that provides everything needed, from a Ralph, gas station, restaurants, etc. 
The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and dining chairs, for a large group. Cardio was always excellent in responding our calls and sent us a few kitchen items that were not provided but normally expected." (6/5)

The large table for 8 guests was exactly what we needed! The backyard was gorgeous with many places to rest and relax!  The bike trails are very close!  Also, It was a tranquil neighborhood, beautiful in the mornings!  

It was a wonderful experience and we would love to visit again!
