Bankers Hill is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyft are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

QUIET HOURS FROM 9PM-8AM:
To be kind to the neighbors, any loud noise levels have a STRICT 9pm curfew please.
The HOA is cracking down on excessive noise here. If any noise complaints are received, it is considered a violation of the rules and can result in a termination of the stay without refund.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them, no mailbox access. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.

Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
