This unit shares the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units that makes it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests. Inquire with us if you are interested in booking both units!

To protect our license, no outside visitors or day guests are allowed at any time—there is a strict limit of 5 people at the property at once. We verify guest counts, and exceeding this limit will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

-No Parties: Parties, large gatherings, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

-No Fireworks: In the City and County of San Diego, all consumer fireworks are strictly illegal. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

-Safety Cameras: For your peace of mind and safety, there are outdoor cameras located at the front door, back door, garage door, and inside the garage laundry area.

-Strict No-Pet Policy: The owner has severe allergies, so we absolutely cannot permit any animals on the property. Thank you for understanding!

-Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

-Good Neighbor Policy: San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We will send an easy online link to initial and sign this before check-in info is released.
